3-Day Refund Window

We offer a 3-day refund period from the date of your first payment or project commencement, whichever comes first. If you are not satisfied with the initial direction of the project, you may request a full refund within this window.

Please include your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 3-day window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. The following are generally not eligible for refund:

• Work that has been fully delivered and approved by you
• Third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, ad spend, software licenses)
• Ongoing maintenance or retainer services already rendered

Partial Refunds

In cases where significant work has been completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet delivered. This will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
