Payment Policy
Payment Policy
Straightforward. Transparent. Fair.
Our pricing is built on a simple principle: you pay as we go, and you never pay for work that hasn't been delivered. The structure depends on the size of your investment.
Projects Under $5,000 — Paid Upfront
For engagements valued at $5,000 or less, the full project fee is due upfront. This allows us to dedicate our full focus to your project from day one, without administrative overhead. We maintain our commitment to quality and communication throughout, and you retain full control with milestone reviews built into every project.
Projects Over $5,000 — 50/50 Partnership
For larger engagements exceeding $5,000, we operate on a 50/50 payment structure — a model designed to align our incentives with yours:
- 50% upon signing — Commences the engagement, secures your priority slot, and covers initiation costs including research, strategy, and early-stage production.
- 50% upon completion — Due before final delivery and handover. Work is not released until the balance is settled.
This structure ensures we are invested in your outcome every step of the way — and that you only pay the final half when you have something tangible to show for it.
Milestone-Based Payments for Complex Engagements
For particularly large or phased projects, we can split the balance into milestone-based installments. Each milestone is defined in your service agreement and invoiced upon your written approval. Common milestones include:
- Design concept sign-off
- Development completion
- Content integration & review
- Final quality assurance & launch
Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, wire transfer, and select online payment methods as specified on your invoice. All transactions are processed securely.
Invoicing & Terms
Invoices are issued at each agreed milestone. Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or adjusted delivery timelines.
Third-Party Costs
Expenses for third-party services — including domain registrations, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, stock assets, and advertising spend — are billed separately and are not included in the project fee unless explicitly stated in your agreement.
