Digital Assets Policy

1. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all digital assets we create for you, including but not limited to: website code, designs, graphics, ad creatives, copy, videos, and any other deliverables specified in your service agreement.

2. Third-Party Assets

Some projects may incorporate third-party assets such as stock photos, fonts, plugins, or libraries. These remain under their original licenses. We ensure all assets we use are properly licensed for your use case.

3. Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a mutual non-disclosure or exclusivity agreement is in place. We will never disclose confidential information in our portfolio.

4. Delivery Format

Digital assets are delivered in standard industry formats. Source files (e.g., design files, raw code repositories) are included where specified in your agreement. Additional requests for file formats or delivery methods may incur extra charges.

5. Asset Retention

We retain copies of your digital assets for a period of 12 months after project completion. After this period, we may delete our copies. We recommend you maintain your own backups of all delivered assets.
